Auto Dealer Building Large Bentonville Home

Ron Blackwell on Nov. 22 got a $750,000 loan from Bank of Bentonville to build a large home in one of Northwest Arkansas’ most upscale subdivisions.
Blackwell, a Bentonville auto dealer, is having an 8,000-SF home built in Bentonville’s Heathrow subdivision. Blackwell’s home is at 2401 N.W. Harvard Walk.
The home, being built by Arnold Lehman Builders, is expected to be complete by July. Lehman Properties owns Heathrow.
