Riggins Construction Busy With Lowell Projects
Kevin Riggins of Riggins Construction in Springdale recently purchased six building permits valued at a total of $673,048 for six new homes in Lowell.
Three of the homes will be in Phase 3 of the Southfork subdivision in southeast Lowell. The one at 701 Emerald will be 1,746 SF, while the one at 703 Emerald will be 1,785 SF. The third one, at 705 Emerald, will be 1,800 SF. Those homes will range in price from $75,000-$90,000.

The other three homes will be in the Prairie Meadows subdivision in northwest Lowell. The three homes — at 603, 607 and 611 Ash St. — will be 1,800 SF each. Those homes will range in price from $95,000-$105,000.
Kevin Riggins is also adding two homes in Springdale. He purchased two building permits valued at $266,731 for homes at Kensington Place. The one at 1681 Kensington is 2,600 SF and has already been sold for $269,900. The other, at 1795 Kensington, is 2,700 SF and is priced at $279,900. Both houses have four bedrooms.
