McDonald?s Coming to North Fayetteville

McDonald’s Corp. of Oklahoma City on Nov. 14 purchased a building permit valued at $476,120 to construct a new McDonald’s restaurant in north Fayetteville.
The restaurant will be at 578 E. Joyce Blvd., south of the Northwest Arkansas Mall and east of the site of a Best Buy store that is scheduled to open in the spring.
The general contractor for the new McDonald’s is Tom Wilkins of L.R. Mouring Co.
Brothers Bill and Walter Mathews of Mathews Management Co. in Springdale has the franchise rights to all of the Northwest Arkansas McDonald’s restaurants.
They have 17 in all, with two more coming.
