Trim Line Design construction company of Springdale recently purchased three building permits valued at a combined $417,126 to build three new houses in Lowell.

All three homes will be in Lowell’s Cambridge subdivision. One will be at 805 Pennington St. and will be 2,292 SF. Another will be at 313 Nelda Ave. and will be 2,127 SF. The third will be at 309 Nelda Ave. and will be 2,122 SF.
