Ben Israel of Dixie Management & Investments on Nov. 9 got a $1.2 million loan from Community Bank to build Commerce Park in north Fayetteville.

There will be four office buildings totaling 70,000 SF. The six-acre commercial property is on the southwest corner of Joyce Boulevard and Old Missouri Road and just west of Paradise Valley Athletic Club.

Israel already has 40,000 SF leased. Hometown Financial will lease 5,500 SF, and a government agency will lease an additional 12,000 SF. Two medical clinics will lease about 12,000 SF each.

Two of the buildings will be two-level structures.

About 400 feet of Commerce Park property will front Joyce, while another 400 will front Old Missouri.

The target date for having the initial tenants in Commerce Park will be in the fall.
