Kohl?s Gets Permit for Rogers Store

Kohl’s Corp. recently purchased a building permit valued at $2.9 million for its store to be built in Rogers.

Kohl’s is moving into Arkansas for the first time with two new department stores. One will be at Fayetteville’s CMN Business Park II, while the other will be at 301 N. 46th St. in Rogers.

Hill and Wilkinson LTD is the general contractor for the project at Rogers, which will be 93,783 SF.

Kohl’s is based in Menomonee Falls, Wis., a suburb of Milwaukee. The stores carry national-brand merchandise targeted at middle-income customers, selling apparel, shoes, soft home products and housewares.
