ARC To Add to Centerton Subdivision

Ralph Walker, the president of ARC Construction and Development Inc., recently got 12 loans totaling $800,000 from the Bank of Arkansas to build additional homes at a Centerton subdivision.
ARC also got a loan of $437,000 from the bank Sept. 27 to purchase additional land at the Center Point Park subdivision.
The homes will range from 1,190-1,500 SF and be priced from $69,900-$89,000.
