Tom Embach of Leisure Homes Corp. in Mountain Home on Sept. 1 secured a $2.1 million loan from Arvest Springdale Bank & Trust to build a new apartment complex for senior citizens in Springdale.

rThe complex will have 51 one-bedroom apartments. Each unit will be 300 SF. The complex, where construction is in the preliminary stages, is located on Rhoads and Mill streets, just north of Emma Avenue in Springdale.
