Bill Lazenby of Lazenby Construction on Aug. 7 secured a $1.81 million loan from First Western Bank & Trust of Rogers to start Phase VI of the Kristyl Heights subdivision. That will include construction on 10 new homes.
rLazenby started work there in April and has five houses completed and 15 more under construction. Homes in the subdivision range from 1,300 to 1,510 SF and are priced from $90,000 to $120,000.
