Raymond and Lydia McAllister on Sept. 19 got a $750,000 loan from First Security Bank of Searcy to purchase a lot and home in an upscale subdivision in west Rogers.
The three-story, 6,900-SF home is at 4 St. Andrews Drive in the Champions subdivision. Mark Smith is the builder.
The home’s owner is listed as Jeff McAllister.
The lot sold in 1999 for $150,000 to the ToBuren Family Trust and was appraised in 1999 for $128,700.
