Pinnacle Hospitality Group LLC on Aug. 11 got a $1 million loan from Arvest Bank of Rogers to purchase the seven acres of land where the new 200-room Pinnacle Hills Sheraton Hotel and Convention Center is being built.
Pinnacle Hospitality Group LLC consists of Collins Haynes, Bill Schwyhart, Red Hudson, George Westmoreland, Carla Tyson and Gary Combs.
Tunbridge subdivision
continues to grow
John David Lindsey Development LLC on Aug. 16 purchased all 58 lots in phase II of Bentonville’s Tunbridge subdivision with a $917,500 loan from Arkansas National Bank.
Lindsey bought the lots from his father, Jim Lindsey.
Located in west Bentonville, the 58 lots in phase II at Tunbridge are all developed.
