Ken Ewing recently purchased a building permit valued at $1.1 million to add 36 new apartments to Wellington Place Apartments in Rogers.

Ewing is completing work on a 44-unit addition to the facility’s original 67 units. The apartments range from 688-SF one-bedroom units to 913-SF two-bedroom units. Some of them have garages. They are built in triplex or quadplex styles.
