Commerce Group Goes Office Crazy

Commerce Center LLC, comprised of developers Collins Haynes, Rick McCullough, Dan Dykema, Vic Evans and Mark Marquess, has three projects under way at Commerce Center on Walton Boulevard in Bentonville.
Jim Sellars, owner of Sellars Properties, is the general contractor for the group’s 16,100-SF office building at 1716 SW Commerce Drive. The $1.4 million facility, financed by Great Southern Bank of Springfield, Mo., has already been leased.
The project is expected to be completed in October.
Commerce Center LLC also has an 8,900-SF, $750,000 office complex at 1714 S.W. Commerce Drive and a 19,000-SF, $1.7 million executive office facility at 1710 S.W. Commerce Drive in the works. Commerce is still seeking tenants on the latest two buildings, which should be completed in November and next January, respectively.
The 19,000-SF building will include executive office suites, conference rooms, and T1 high-speed cable lines that will enable tenants to video and teleconference.
