Dentist Expands Bentonville Practice

Dr. Dale and Melissa Remmersheid are using a $525,000 loan from Arkansas National Bank in Bentonville to expand his dental office building.
The new facility at 3105 N. Walton Blvd. will have 3,500 SF of office space and a 720-SF garage where the dentist plans to house his fishing boats. Construction is supposed to be completed in the fall.
Remmersheid’s new office will feature self-contained water units to ensure cleanliness for patients. The 1.02-acre lot is across the street from the Hidden Springs Diagnostic Clinic.
Remmersheid is considering building a 4,000 SF office or retail space on the remaining portion of the property that he would build to suit at a later date.
Walter Schrader of Honeysuckle Construction in Rogers is the general contractor. Remmersheid bought the property from Bud Terrill.
