Clever is One Thing; Inappropriate is Another

In the June 25 issue of the Northwest Arkansas Times, a photograph of the aftermath of an automobile wreck carried the headline, “You picked a fine time to leave me loose wheel.”
It’s a clever pun on the country music song “You picked a fine time to leave me, Lucille,” but we feel it was inappropriate. Two people were injured in the three-vehicle accident after a wheel fell off a Ford pickup truck. The photograph showed one of the injured being removed from the scene on a stretcher.
