Cafe Nibbles Has Grand Opening

After several months of preparation and jousting with the Fayetteville Planning Commission, Suzie Stephens opened Cafe Nibbles on July 6 in the building at 3290 N. Lee Ave. in Fayetteville that previously housed Nibbles Gourmet Catering and Nibbles Food Emporium.
Stephens moved the retail store to Market Square shopping center in Fayetteville last October and sold her catering operation in May to Rick Siker so she can concentrate on running the new restaurant.
The 1,000-SF dining room seats about 70 people, she says. A bar and waiting area seats 18 people.
Entrees range from $14 to $29 in price. The upscale restaurant’s menu features entrees like “grilled Texas veal chop with arugula whipped Yukon gold potatoes and saute julienne vegetables” ($28.75) and “whole spring pheasant stuffed with wild rice and sausage, nestled in saute spinach, radicchio and tomatoes” ($25).
