Jason R. Moore and Patricia W. Moore recently purchased 12 four-plexes for $300,000 in Rogers. The deal, financed through Arkansas National Bank in Bentonville, includes some refurbishing work that will give the plexes new appliances and floor tiling.
The property is at 2605 to 2611 N. 15th St., 1500 to 1502 and 1504 to 1510 Janda Drive. Nearly all of the plexes are already rented.
