Mike Hill, through his parent company Rebel Enterprises Inc., refinanced Dec. 21 the property occupied by Custom Embroidering Inc. and Vicenza’s Restaurant in Fayetteville.

Vicenza’s, which occupies lots 15 and 16 or about 0.37 acres of Colt Square, was refinanced for $352,441. Custom Embroidering at 2846 N. Garland Ave. in Fay-etteville, was $120,000.
