Springdale Company Buys Convenience Store

The Six Twelve Mart at 451 Hudson Road in Rogers was sold April 1 for $251,700.

Howard and Georgia Wilks sold the convenience store to Fuels & Supplies Inc. of Springdale. Fuels & Supplies Inc. financed the purchase with a $343,000 mortgage from First National Bank of Springdale. The loan was signed by John Johnson as president of the company and Trisha Ducote as vice president.

Fuels & Supplies has three retail outlets in Washington County. The company owns Westside BP service station at 2015 W. Huntsville Ave., Todd’s 66 service station at 909 S. Thompson St. and an automated fueling site behind Todd’s, all in Springdale. The company also is building a convenience store in Village Creek Plaza in Lowell.
