Colt Square Building Sold

Two buildings in the Colt Square development were sold April 23 for $325,000.

Gregory Kent Smith sold the property at 2345 Green Acres Road to Northwest Professional Building LLC of Fayetteville. Smith financed the purchase with a mortgage to the company. The mortgage was signed by Kurtis J. Jones as a member of the company.

The two buildings on the property were built in 1990. A 2,856-SF building is used for retail space and a 2,414-SF building is office space.

Smith also owns the 3,387-SF building at 64 W. Colt Square.
