Tolbert: American Crossroads New Senate TV Ad And A New Poll
The steady stream of TV ads in the U.S Senate race continues with a new spot from American Crossroads backed by a significant ad buy.
This ad has a girl at a “Spelling Bee” being asked to spell “Pryor.” The definition of the word discusses his connection to President Obama and his “deciding vote for ObamaCare.”
The girl spells Pryor “O-B-A-M-A” and the judges rule it “close enough.”
American Crossroads, which is led by several former national Republican leaders, also polled the U.S. Senate race and finds Tom Cotton up 46% to 41% over Mark Pryor.
In the Governor’s race, they find Asa Hutchinson leading Mike Ross 48% to 42%. The poll was conducted by Public Opinion Strategies among 500 likely voters from May 27-29, 2014.
