General Summary

Account Executives are responsible for online sponsorships and advertising sales in the Fort Smith area and in Northwest Arkansas.  Must be connected, creative, and possess "can do, make-it-happen attitude.”  Must demonstrate a super strong work ethic, brains, and positive personality.

Job Description:
• Generates new revenue through consistent and creative prospecting
• Works to retain existing advertisers & secures contract renewals
• Secures appointments with potential customers, listens, and assesses their needs
• Follows up with online advertising / branding options giving the client the highest probability of meeting their marketing expectations
• Responsibilities include networking, developing presentations, recommending advertising ideas, selling display ads and sponsorships, reporting results, and maintaining relationships
• Account Executives serve as a visible representative of TCW
• Other responsibilities as assigned by the COO

• Minimum three years outside sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals
• Preferred bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations, or related communications field with a minimum of five years advertising sales experience
• Experience in selling online products is helpful
• Creative
• Computer literacy with MS Office and Excel is required
• Possess an understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) techniques, graphic design, and online reporting tools
• Reports directly to the TCW chief operations officer
• May work alone and/or in coordination with the team
• Must meet deadlines
• Demonstrate flexibility and resourcefulness in responding to challenges and opportunities
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills are necessary
• Must possess the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and change as required
• Display a positive attitude and professional image
• Current valid driver's license is required
