Shadow Valley Subdivision to Add 14 Lots Along Inglewood
For the second time this year, the Shadow Valley subdivision in Rogers is expanding.
In congruence with the extension of Southgate Road westward to Arkansas Highway 112, there are plans to add another 14 lots along Inglewood Road, the northernmost road within the subdivision that runs parallel to Southgate.
These lots will be large enough to accommodate houses of about 3,000 SF, and, as usual, will be built by one of Shadow Valley’s eight preferred builders — David Harris Construction Co., Horton Homes Inc., Tanglewood Homes Inc., Kurt Puttkammer Homes, Lance Johnson Building Company, Mark Phillips Construction LLC, Wenzinger Homes, and Vance M. Puttkammer Homes Inc.
“This is a small, fill-in piece,” said Shadow Valley developer Charles Reaves. “The economy has improved significantly and real estate is more active.”
The 14-lot addition comes as Shadow Valley builds 76 lots approved earlier this year. Those lots, Reaves said, will accommodate 2,000-SF homes. According to the Shadow Valley website, the subdivision will have 900 homes when it is finished. There are currently 635 lots with over 500 homes.
Houses in Shadow Valley are listed from as low as $319,000 to as much as $2.4 million. A lot with golf course frontage lists at $100,000.
