Business Hall Of Fame Nominations Being Accepted

The selection committee for the Arkansas Business Hall of Fame is now accepting nominations for the 2016 class of inductees.

The nomination deadline is July 1.

The hall of fame is sponsored by the University of Arkansas Sam W. Walton College of Business. It was created in 1999 to recognize outstanding business leaders born in Arkansas or who have chosen to build their businesses in Arkansas.

Specific criteria for selection and a list of past honorees can be found at this link.

Nominations are not limited to University of Arkansas graduates.

Last year’s inductees included Al Bell, Stephen LaFrance, Millie Ward and Donald “Buddy” Wray.
