Arkansas GOP Executive Director Taking New Job At Impact Management Group

There will be one more former executive director of the Arkansas GOP working at Little Rock-based consulting firm, Impact Management Group.

IMG announced Wednesday that Megan Tollett has joined the political consulting and public affairs firm as Director of Operations and Compliance.

Tollett served as the Executive Director of the Republican Party of Arkansas (RPA) where she was responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the state party and its campaign victory efforts. In the 2014 cycle, the GOP won all federal and statewide offices and upped their majorities in both chambers of the state Legislature.

“It was an honor to lead the Republican Party of Arkansas in one of our most successful election cycles in modern history. I am now ready to take my skills to a company that is loaded with talent,” stated Tollett. “I want to help grow Impact Management Group’s presence in Arkansas and across the South.”

Tollett joins three other former Arkansas GOP directors at the firm. Richard Bearden, Clint Reed and Chase Dugger all held the post previously. IMG partner Terry Benham is a former political director for the Arkansas GOP.
