Cook: Ross TV Ad Introduces His Parents

Mike Ross is airing a new positive TV ad this evening and Cook’s Outlook has the exclusive first look. You can view the new ad at the bottom of this post.

The ad is entitled “Meet the Teachers” and features Ross’s parents, Frances and Gene Ross, both of whom served as school teachers for many years.

I’ve met Ross’s parents a couple of times over the years and I’m glad to see Ross featuring them in an ad since they are splendid folks.

In the ad, Ross’s parents talk about how they taught him small town values and how they worked to give him a good education.

Mike Ross says in the ad (and on the campaign trail) that he wants to be “the education governor” to create more opportunities for folks.

It’s a strong ad that helps show who Mike Ross is and where he came from.
