The Ozarks Chorale Celebrates 20 Years with Holiday Concert

Fresh from their "Sounds of the Season" concert, The Ozarks Chorale celebrates its 20th season as they head into final rehearsals for their annual premier holiday concert to be held at the historic Eureka Springs Auditorium on Saturday, December 13 beginning at 7:30 pm.

This year’s "Holidays in the Hills" concert offers a broad array of holiday favorites, with thrilling selections from Handel’s Messiah, lighthearted Classics and beautiful Holiday melodies the entire family will enjoy.  The concert will feature a special guest appearance by cellist Sara SantAmbrogio of the Eroica Trio.

The highlight of  their program is always the finale, the Hallelujah Chorus, where audience members are invited to stand and join the singing.  Hundreds of community voices uniting with Chorale members is always an emotional and inspiring end to a wonderfully musical evening.

“Please join us on Dec 13th at 7.30 pm,” added Paul Gandy. “We are thankful for so many patrons who attend each year and always are happy to see new faces.  Tell your friends and come one and come all!”

Tickets for the December 13 holiday concert may be purchased at The Auditorium ticket office for $10. Students with I.D. will get in free! The box office will open one hour prior to the performance.  Proceeds from the sale of intermission refreshments will benefit the local nonprofit, People Helping People.
