All you mugs and dolls, grab your glad rags and ankle on over to our juice joint for a lollapalooza of a time.  You don’t have to be an oliver twist to have fun.  With hep tunes from Joe Giles and the Homewreckers, darb food from PF Chang’s and giggle water from Guess Who? and a few surprises,  even a canceled stamp will be doing the Charlston.  All for just 60 clams, it’s the bees knees!

As the Junior Auxiliary of Rogers-Bentonville (JARB) begins its 45th year of service to Benton County, please help make our “Sapphire Anniversary” a year to remember by joining us on Friday, October 17, from 7 to Midnight for “A Night at the Speakeasy”.  As our primary fundraiser, the “Speakeasy” provides the majority of the money needed to support JARB’s continued efforts to meet the needs of children, youth and families in Benton County.  Our current projects focus on literacy, hunger and mentorship and we partner with a number of area agencies on these projects.  JARB is probably most known for Reading is Fundamental (RiF).  Our oldest standing project,  RiF is now beginning its 37th year.  Since 1977, JARB has been providing second graders in the Rogers and Bentonville elementary schools with a story reading and a new book two or three times a year to promote literacy.  Our other programs and partners include:  Head Start, Boys and Girls Club of Benton County, Dinner with Friends at Saving Grace, Kids First, Samaritan Community Center Snackpacks for Kids, Crown Club, Literacy Night at Teenie Russell, Life Skills Mentoring at NWA Children’s Shelter, Polina’s Pomise Parent’s Night Out and
Adopt-a-Need.

We invite you learn more about the Junior Auxiliary of Rogers-Bentonville and our projects by visiting www.jarb.org.  We are also on Facebook.  Limited tickets are available.  If interested in tickets, please contact Emily Stephenson at 678-863-2119.
