The Forest Comes to Life in Spring
“THE FOREST COMES TO LIFE IN SPRING” AT HOBBS STATE PARK
Meet Mother Nature and her animal friends on Saturday, April 19 from 1 – 4 p.m. along the paved Ozark Plateau Trail during this family fun event – “The Forest Comes to Life in Spring!”.
Members of Rogers High School Drama Club will be portraying some of Arkansas’s most beloved creatures during this special event that truly brings the forest to life. This fun walk along a quarter-mile portion of the paved Ozark Plateau Trail is intended for all those young at heart! Celebrate this revitalizing time with an enjoyable and educational trip through the forest!
Hikes will be leaving every twenty minutes and last about half an hour. Strollers and wagons are welcome. There is no fee for this event, but non-perishable food items will be collected for the Good Samaritan House in Rogers.
