Beechwood Hospitality starts operating Fayetteville hotel
Fayetteville developer Specialized Real Estate Group recently selected Little Rock-based Beechwood Hospitality to operate The Stonebreaker Hotel, a 78-room hotel, restaurant and members’ club on Markham Hill in Fayetteville.
“From the beginning, The Stonebreaker was never meant to be a hotel that could exist anywhere,” said Jeremy Hudson, CEO of Specialized Real Estate Group. “It’s deeply tied to this landscape, this community and the people who travel here. Beechwood shares that vision. They understand what makes this region special and how to create experiences that feel true to this place.”
Matt Disheroon recently joined as the general manager of Beechwood Hospital in Fayetteville. He was previously area general manager for Hospitality America and the opening general manager of Motto by Hilton in downtown Bentonville.
“As an Arkansas-based company with deep roots in Northwest Arkansas, we felt strongly aligned with the long-term vision for The Stonebreaker and what makes Markham Hill such a meaningful place,” said Blair Allen, president of Beechwood Hospitality. “We’re honored to help steward that vision while continuing to create exceptional experiences for guests.”
The Stonebreaker Hotel has 51 full-time and four part-time employees.
