Chase bank has grown to five Northwest Arkansas locations after recently opening branches in Fayetteville and in the Pinnacle Hills area of Rogers.

Chase, the largest U.S. bank by assets, is the consumer banking division of New York-based JPMorgan Chase & Co. Recently, Chase announced plans to open more than 160 branches across 30 states and renovate nearly 600 locations this year as part of a multibillion-dollar expansion.

Chase opened its first Arkansas branch in 2021. It has two branches in Fayetteville and one in Bentonville, Rogers and Springdale. The new branches are at 3365 N. College Ave. in Fayetteville and 1803 S. 46th St., No. 117, in Rogers.

“Northwest Arkansas is growing and creating opportunity for so many people,” said Rogers Branch Manager Diane Bader. “Chase is committed to promoting this region’s vitality by helping people and local businesses make the most of their money.”

Each branch has eight to 10 staff, a company spokesman said. Including the Chase financial advisers and small-business advisers, the bank has about 55 employees in Northwest Arkansas.

As part of its area expansion, Chase recently hired Jasper Logan as its first community manager in Northwest Arkansas. Logan leads financial health workshops and works with community and nonprofit organizations to remove barriers to financial well-being.

“Chase is committed to being the bank for all,” Logan said. “We want to help people build a strong financial foundation so they can build their wealth and thrive.”

The Rogers branch opened at Summit Marketplace as part of the Summit mixed-use development. It was renamed from Pinnacle Springs in 2024, according to a spokesperson for the developer, Atlanta-based SJC Ventures.

City records show the combined value of the building permits for the development totaled $118.41 million. The development at 1801, 1803 and 1805 S. 46th St. includes 360-unit Vista at Summit apartment complex and the marketplace with Whole Foods Market.
