Molecular Processing creates 50 new jobs in Hot Springs

Molecular Processing, LLC is locating its new manufacturing operations in Hot Springs with plans to create more than 50 new jobs over five years. Molecular Processing, LLC has acquired the ORG Chem Group chemical distillation facility in Hot Springs.

The company plans to modernize the facility with an estimated $1.5 to $2 million investment to upgrade the plant’s operations, quality control testing instruments, and safety systems.

As part of its long-term objectives, Molecular Processing, LLC will be making a capital investment to expand on the existing facility. The company plans to add a 50,000-75,000-square foot expansion. In total, Molecular Processing, LLC plans to invest approximately $9.1 million in its Hot Springs operations.

Molecular Processing, LLC is a chemical distillation company based in Hot Springs. The company provides vertical support for a network of affiliated companies under American Polymers Corp., a third-generation, family-owned enterprise founded in 1984.

The group serves diverse industries including construction, roofing, flooring, packaging, infrastructure, waterproofing, and various industrial applications.
