Contractors, Realtors to host Fayetteville event

Up to 200 people are expected to attend a January event for commercial real estate and construction leaders. The Northwest Arkansas chapter of Contractors Closers & Connections will host New Year, New Deals: CRE Connect at The Leroy lounge from 5 to 8 p.m. Jan. 14.

The Leroy is located at 644 W. Dickson St. in Fayetteville.

The event will feature a panel of speakers, including Stuart Collier, principal broker of Collier & Associates; Kelly Rich, executive director of Downtown Fayetteville Coalition; and Jason Eldredge, vice president of Emery Sapp & Sons.

The event will also include appetizers, cocktails, entertainment, and networking. Registration is $125 per person. A portion of the proceeds will go to nonprofit Equipped NWA. More information is available online at this link.

Contractors Closers & Connections, which has 17 chapters according to the organization’s website and is primarily based in Dallas,, is a nationwide networking organization for the commercial real estate and construction industries.

“Our mission at CCC is to help others succeed in creating life-long relationships in the commercial real estate & construction industries so that the organization can help its members to gain access to influential industry contacts,” according to the national organization.
