Encore Bank names Michael Hallmark as regional president

Encore Bank announced Thursday (Aug. 15) the promotion of Michael Hallmark to the role of regional president for North Arkansas and South Missouri.

Initially appointed as the regional president for Northeast Arkansas in Jonesboro, Hallmark has now taken on a broader leadership role and relocated to Rogers, positioning him at the heart of the region he will oversee.

“Bringing over two decades of experience in the banking sector, Hallmark has been a pivotal part of Encore Bank since the early days of our inception in 2019.,” said Phillip Jett, Encore’s CEO. “His leadership and commitment have consistently delivered outstanding results, earning him this well-deserved promotion.”

With this promotion, Hallmark will oversee four full-service branches: Rogers, Fayetteville, Jonesboro and Springfield, Missouri. Alan Perryman will continue as market president of Springfield, and Hunter Norton will continue as market president of Northwest Arkansas (Rogers and Fayetteville). Hallmark will work closely with these leaders to enhance collaboration and drive growth across the region.
