Harps to open new store in Brookland in January

Harps Food Stores, Inc. will open its newest store, located at 8107 U.S. Highway 49 in Brookland, Arkansas on Wednesday, January 17, 2024. A grand opening ceremony will take place at 10 a.m.

The 32,000 square foot Harps store will feature a Harps Express with gas pumps.

Store hours will be 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.

The new Harps store will also offer curbside pickup and home delivery to make shopping more convenient.

Harps is a 100% employee-owned company, which operates 147 stores in six states including Arkansas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Mississippi, Louisiana, and Kansas. Harps is the largest employee-owned company in the state of Arkansas. It employs over 7,200 workers.

Harps was founded by Harvard and Floy Harp in Springdale, Arkansas in 1930.
