Gas station, office building top Craighead County property deals
Highland Express LLC made the most significant residential and commercial property transfer in Craighead County, from Aug. 15 to Sept. 15, according to the Craighead County Assessor’s Office. She spent $1.5 million on a gas station on Highland Drive.
The deal was completed Aug. 17.
A&M Properties LLC made the second most significant real estate purchase in the region during the period. The company bought an office building for $1.095 million and the deal was completed Sept. 1.
In the third largest transaction in the region, Zhou Zhen and Weng Qisui bought a house in Lake Crest Drive. The deal was for $798,000 and was completed Aug. 16.
