Waco Title Co. opens new office in Rogers

Springdale-based Waco Title Co. has opened its first dedicated commercial title and closing office in Benton County.
The new address is on the ninth floor of the Hunt Tower office building at 5100 W. J.B. Hunt Drive. Officially opened in February, the 3,700-square-foot office houses seven employees and offers nationwide commercial closing services. Bryan Gibson is the office manager.
In 2021, Waco opened the first dedicated commercial title and closing office in Washington County.
“Given the success of that office, we recognized that Benton County customers deserved a similar space,” Waco Title President and CEO Sara Heck said. “We look forward to continuing to help customers close on their transactions, taking care of the details with top-tier customer service and expertise so they know their property rights are protected.”
Waco Title employs approximately 250 people in 23 offices throughout Arkansas and southwest Missouri. The company traces its roots to 1885 as Washington County Abstract & Guaranty Co. and is owned by Arvest Bank Group Inc. of Bentonville.
