Ray Wylie Hubbard is blowing through the area like a Texas twister, playing Second Street Live in Fort Smith on Wednesday (Feb. 8) and George’s Majestic Lounge the next night (Feb. 9).
Those promoting him say Hubbard is best-versed at explaining how the sacred and the profane, the yin and the yang, the eternal and the now, the hippies and rednecks, the saved and the damned are all part of the same conversation.
All this meaningful prose and some foot-tapping — or stomping — to boot? You’d have to be infirm or insane to miss it.
