Tontitown-based Paschal Air Plumbing & Electric  continues to expand throughout Arkansas. The company announced Monday (May 9) a deal to acquire GTS Inc. Heating and Air of Hot Springs. The financial terms were not disclosed.

It’s the second consecutive month Paschal has announced an Arkansas acquisition. The company also had a recent acquisition in Carthage, Mo. According to a news release, Curtis Gibson founded GTS in 1994. His two sons, Mike Gibson and Joe Gibson, were the most recent owners.

”We have been looking to expand Paschal further into Arkansas for a while now, but wanted to find a company with the same customer-focused and employee-first reputation,” Paschal owner and CEO Charley Boyce said in a statement. ”We are excited to find those qualities at GTS and will continue to build on their already stellar reputation.”

After the acquisition, Paschal has more than 250 employees and approximately 160 service vehicles covering all of Northwest Arkansas, southwest Missouri, the Fort Smith metro and central Arkansas.
