NWA investors announces Oklahoma City multifamily acquisition
Caisson Capital Partners, a Northwest Arkansas real estate investment firm, announced Tuesday (March 1) the acquisition of Bennett Pointe Apartments, a 98-unit multifamily property in Edmond, Okla.
The purchase price was $8.9 million. The deal marks Caisson’s entry into the Oklahoma City market. Bo Diamond, Brian Shaw and Scott Audrain founded the firm in 2020.
“With the closing of this deal, Caisson Capital is entering a new phase of growth,” Diamond said in a statement. “We are currently in contract on another deal in Northwest Arkansas that we are expecting to close next month, and we have a robust pipeline of transactions ready to bring to market for our investors.”
Diamond said Caisson has expanded its investor base substantially, and the firm looks forward to implementing business plans for investors in the years ahead.
“Caisson Capital Partners will focus on the markets within the region, including the Mid-South and the American Heartland, in addition to the Northwest Arkansas Market,” Diamond said.
The Bennett Point business plan includes a $350,000 investment to add amenities and upgrades in addition to new signage and branding. The garden-style property was built in 1970 and all the interiors were upgraded in 2019.
