Bernhard relocates Fayetteville office
Louisiana-based engineering and contracting firm Bernhard has relocated its Fayetteville office to the Commerce Business Park at 3714 N. Business Drive, near the Joyce Boulevard and Old Missouri Road intersection. The company signed an initial five-year lease for 9,500 square feet, more than double the space of its previous Fayetteville office.
Bernhard opened an office in Fayetteville at 2039 N. Green Acres Road in 2005 with three employees. The firm now has 27 workers and needed a larger space to accommodate the growth.
“In the process of figuring out where the new facility was going to be, it was always important for us to stay near our core clients and remain close to our roots,” said Grant Logan, director of the Fayetteville office. “This cutting-edge facility is truly a place we can be proud to call our own.”
Bernhard’s Fayetteville office provides engineering services such as mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, construction administration and a wide variety of energy services, including BAS controls design, commissioning and retro-commissioning. It’s one of 25 Bernhard offices in a dozen states.
Bernhard helped design the office space along with KSA Architecture and CDI Contractors, both in Fayetteville. Employees moved into the new office on March 8.
A limited liability company owned by Fayetteville financial adviser Patrick Cameron is the building owner. Kelley Commercial Partners in Springdale is the building manager.
