Car dealership property sells for $4.18 million

Bayird Properties LLC made the most significant residential and commercial property transfer in Craighead County March 15 through April 15, according to the Craighead County Assessor’s Office. Bayird spent $4.18 million to buy a car dealership at 3050 Red Wolf Boulevard. The deal was completed April 8.

SW Exchange LLC, made the second most significant real estate purchase in the region during the period. It bought a bank building on Southwest Drive for $1 million. The deal was completed April 3.

In the third largest real estate deals in the region, Cavenaugh Trust Properties LLC bought commercial land in the Indian Mall addition. The deal was for $835,694 and completed March 30.
