Connections: Central Research hires VP of talent acquisition
Lowell-based Central Research Inc. (CRI) has hired Kenneth Ludden as vice president of talent acquisition.
In the newly created position, Ludden will be responsible for bringing top-level talent to the company, and leading CRI’s employee training and development program.
CRI’s portfolio of financial and management service solutions strategically focuses on a skilled workforce and quality processes. Ludden will lead a strategic program that focuses on recruitment, retainment and development of employees.
For the past 20 years, Ludden has successfully led talent acquisition and leadership development programs for organizations in the U.S., Canada and Australia. A veteran of the U.S. Air Force, Ludden earned his bachelor’s degree in aviation management from Oklahoma State University and holds a master’s degree in management from Webster University. He is also a Certified Executive Coach.
