Fayetteville real estate business opens second office in Bentonville

A Fayetteville-based real estate firm has opened a second office in Bentonville.

Collier & Associates is now open at 302 S.W. Fifth St. The company was established in 2013 by Stuart Collier and has its Fayetteville office in a building Collier and a business partner built last year at 2558 E. Mission Blvd. Other tenants include Core Brewing & Distilling Co., Gateway Mortgage and Pruitt Insurance Agency.

Collier, who is the company’s principal broker, said Bentonville’s appreciation for business, community and culture made Benton County an attractive market for expansion.

“Our firm has quite a few agents in their 20s and 30s, so we feel that our demographic matches up well with the Bentonville demographic,” Collier said. “Our culture fits perfectly, and we’re excited to bring our brand of business to Bentonville.”

Collier & Associates is primarily a residential real estate firm and has 28 agents. Collier said the firm had sales volume of about $30 million in 2017 and could potentially hit $40 million this year.

The Bentonville office is in leased space in a building owned by developer Jake Newell.
