Puzzling Presents founder receives prize In accelerator
The founder of Siloam Springs-based gift box company Puzzling Presents recently won the top prize in the fall 2025 Entrepreneurship for All (EforAll) Northwest Arkansas Business Accelerator.
Puzzling Presents founder Renee Bordovsky received a $2,800 cash prize. The money will be used to support the company’s growth, including expanding product offerings, exploring retail and corporate gifting partnerships, and growing brand awareness nationwide.
“Being honored by EforAll validates not only my business model, but my heart behind the brand,” Bordovsky said. “They gave me the tools, mentorship, and confidence to take this vision to the next level. I am forever grateful.”
The EforAll accelerator is a free, 12-week program offered twice a year, providing participants with business training, mentorship and access to a professional network.
Bordovsky is Puzzling Presents’ sole employee. The company makes puzzle-based gift boxes that must be solved to get the gift. Using a series of logic puzzles, clues and challenges, recipients work their way to the solution that unlocks the box and reveals the gift inside.

“It’s like receiving two gifts in one,” Bordovsky said. “The boxes make what is typically a few seconds of unwrapping into an interactive, joyful experience with family and friends.”
The gift giver places the gift inside the Puzzling Present box and uses the provided padlock to secure it. The recipient solves puzzles on the box to determine the code to unlock the padlock. The company offers boxes with puzzles of varying difficulty levels, suitable for ages 5 and up. Boxes are about $20 each and are available online at puzzlingpresents.com.
According to a news release, Bordovsky discovered a gap in gift-giving and was inspired by childhood scavenger hunts, her love of escape rooms, and watching her son during interactive play. This, along with her educational background and passion for problem-solving, led to the creation of Puzzling Presents. The company was founded in 2023.
“Gift giving had become routine,” Bordovsky said. “I wanted to bring back the feeling of anticipation and kid-like fun to opening a gift. Our boxes do just that but also brings people together for a shared memory.”
