Warehouse, shopping center are top recent property deals in Craighead County

AIE Jonesboro LLC made the most significant residential and commercial property transfer in Craighead County from Oct. 15 to Nov. 15 according to the Craighead County Assessor’s Office.

It spent $3.55 million on a mini storage warehouse. The deal was completed on Nov. 14.

AMI Ducoing Living Trust made the second most significant real estate purchase in the county during the period. It bought a shopping center on Red Wolf Boulevard for $2.753 million and the deal was closed Oct. 31.

In the third largest transaction in the county, Preston and Stephanie Love bought a house in Country Club Heights. The deal was for $1.493 million and was closed Oct. 17.
