Collier & Associates launches agent matcher

Fayetteville-based real estate company Collier & Associates recently launched, Agent Matcher, a website tool that matches buyers and sellers with a real estate agent.

Stuart Collier, founder and principal broker of Collier & Associates, said the matching system uses an algorithm to match people with the agent most suitable based on experience, shared interests and personality type. Users complete a brief questionnaire to be matched with an agent. The company has more than 260 agents.

“Many consumers click a house link and are given an agent for no other reason than the agent paying for a lead,” Collier said. “It’s like playing roulette with a quite significant financial decision.”

Agent Matcher is expected to help the company meet the needs of those relocating to Northwest Arkansas by pairing those unfamiliar with real estate agents in the market, he said.

“Many times the agent is the first impression to NWA, and we want to help with that positive representation of NWA by curating a relationship based on interests, values and expertise,” he said.

The company developed the new tool in-house over the past eight months. Collier said the company is focused on relationships and earning lifelong clients. “This lays the foundation for that.”
