TheatreSquared recently leased 3,200 square feet of warehouse space from Ozark Natural Foods at 380 N. College Ave. in Fayetteville, according to a news release. The space will serve as production storage.

Sterling Hamilton and Marshall Saviers of Cushman & Wakefield / Sage Partners brokered the 10-year lease and donated its fee to TheatreSquared. Hat Rack Real Estate was the listing broker.

“TheatreSquared is a staple of Fayetteville’s cultural arts corridor and has meant so much to me and my family,” Hamilton said. “It’s the perfect tenant for our beloved co-op property, and it’s rewarding to see this space continue to support the community’s creative fabric.”

The lease provides TheatreSquared with a warehouse that features dock doors and is near the performing arts venue. No buildout was required.

“This new space not only strengthens our logistical operations, it reinforces our roots in Fayetteville’s creative corridor,” said TheatreSquared Executive Director Shannon Jones. “We’re excited to take this next step in service to the region we love.”
