Fondue restaurant The Melting Pot will open its first Arkansas location in the Pinnacle Hills area of Rogers. The approximately 9,300-square-foot restaurant will open later this fall at 5102 W. Pauline Whitaker Parkway, Suite 310.
About $2.5 million has been invested in opening the new location. About 100 full-time and part-time staff will work there.
Founded in 1975 in Maitland, Fla., The Melting Pot has nearly 90 locations across North America. The Melting Pot is an affiliate of Front Burner, a Tampa, Fla.-based restaurant management company.
According to a news release, the Rogers opening is part of “a brand-wide renewal, with refreshed design, elevated menus, and an even stronger focus on creating memorable guest experiences.” Guests can cook, dip and share their way through a four-course menu that features cheese fondues, salads, entrées prepared tableside, chocolate fondue desserts, wines and cocktails.
“This community values quality time, conversation and great food,” said Richard LeBouff, general manager of The Melting Pot in Rogers. “That is exactly what The Melting Pot is all about. We are honored to bring this unique experience to Northwest Arkansas and create a space where guests can slow down, connect and make every meal feel special.”
The restaurant will have a small party room for gatherings and events, along with a full bar.
According to the release, the new “locally owned and operated” restaurant supports area organizations such as Autism Involves Me, events including the Rogers Lowell Chamber Golf Tournament and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
“We want to be a place where people gather, relax and make lasting memories,” LeBouff said.
