Creative Exchange Fund to support 37 recipients

The Medium at 214 S. Main St. in Springdale recently announced that the recipients of the 2025/2026 Creative Exchange Fund (CXF) will receive almost $150,000.
The 37 creatives and cultural organizers will bring their work to The Medium. CXF and The Medium are programs of Creative Arkansas Community Hub & Exchange (CACHE).
In its third year, CXF will provide 37 artists, performers and cultural organizers with a combined $145,000 and access to The Medium’s theater, exhibition hall, studios and outdoor grounds.
Across the region, 176 people, groups and organizations applied for CXF. Many who were selected are first-time recipients.
The recipients include 10 for mixtape music series, 11 for producers, eight for The Medium artist residencies, three for platform, four for Spectra series — indoor exhibitions — and two for Spectra series — outdoor installations. A calendar of events and exhibitions will be released in August.
Formed in 2019, CACHE connects, supports and develops the region’s arts, culture and creative communities. CACHE programs include The Medium, Arts and Economic Prosperity 6, Table Talks, Year of Learning and Outreach (YOLO), the Creative Exchange Fund, and the Artists Creative Fund.
